Custom Carvings & Workshops
Pricing List
Pricing for custom carvings is difficult as many factors need to be considered. The size of the carving, type of pumpkin, complexity of design, and time commitment to completing the work make up a majority of the price. Size and complexity will also impact turnaround times.
For workshops, prices may vary on a variety of factors (such as number of participants, or whether or not I have to rent a helicopter to reach you).

Custom Pumpkins - Starting at $100.00
Custom Pumpkins can be the perfect way to add a splash of interest to a party, wow trick-or-treaters, create a conversation piece at family gatherings, or help your business stand out, both in-person and through social media. Carved pumpkins start at $100.00 and then vary in price depending on the complexity of the design, pumpkin size, and carving time. Other factors, such as delivery distance, may also be considered.
A $100.00 deposit will be required for all non-corporate carvings.

+ $70.00 for 13" faux pumpkin (never rots) *

Custom Watermelons - Starting at $100.00
Custom Watermelons eleveate a summer pool party, birthday celebration, wedding, or serve as a seasonal way to get your business noticed on social media. Carved watermelons start at $100.00 and then vary in price depending on the complexity of the design, watermelon size, and carving time. Other factors, such as delivery distance, may alsobe considered.
A $100.00 deposit will be required for all non-corporate carvings.

Carving Workshops - Starting at $180.00 / 90 Min.
There's something to be said about carving pumpkins with others. I offer a variety of carving
workshops that I can customize depending on your needs. Whether for young children, teenagers,
corporate team-building exercises, or private parties, carving pumpkins is a great way to relax and
appreciate the spooky season.
Please Note: Workshops are only available on evenings and weekends.
I offer beginner workshops that are perfect for novices and those looking to dip their toes into the
carving pool. I also offer more advanced workshops for those who want to be the talk of the
neighbourhood or blow away guests at their Halloween party with impressive three-tone carvings.
Length of workshops is flexible, typically running 90 - 120 minutes for the beginner session. For more
advanced carving techniques I would recommend a longer session, especially if participants would
like more support through the process.
With each session I offer a hands-on experience that teaches carving skills with pro-tips that cover everything from the best way to select and clean your pumpkin, to how to make it last as long as possible.
Workshop prices vary depending on the length of the session, distance travelled, number of participants, and whether or not I will be providing the carving tools (subject to seasonal availability) and/or the patterns. I ask that clients/participants provide their own pumpkins. Workshops cost $180.00 for a 90-minute session, plus a tool fee of $5.00 per participant. For drop-in style sessions I charge a flat fee of $240.00 per 90-minute session (no participant fee).

Custom Tri-Tone Stencils - Starting at $15.00
I'll work with you to create a design from a photograph of a pet, celebrity, cartoon character, friend, or
anything else your imagination desires. Stencil complexity can also be adjusted to a certain extent.
Designs will typically be tri-tone designs: carved fully through (brightest tone), skin shaved off (mid-tone),
and skin left in place (darkest tone). However, I can also add multiple layers of tones for those looking for
a more intense pattern.
- $15.00 for 1 custom stencil

Carving DEMONstrations - Please Inquire
A live pumpkin or watermelon carving demonstration adds a fun and unique element to agricultural fairs,
festivals, pumpkin patches, and other special events. Occasionally, event organizers choose to raffle off
one or more of the carvings to guests.
Prices will vary on the length of time commitment, if there are specific designs that organizers want to be
created and presented during the demonstration, and how many "display" jacks organizers want for the
event (see carving prices above). I don't recommend any fewer than three hours for a demonstration to
ensure that something of substance is carved during my time.
